By Air – for those coming from outside of Ireland.

- Dublin Airport: Direct bus services are available; estimated travel time is approximately 2.5 hours.
- Cork Airport: Bus services are available; estimated travel time is also around 2.5 hours.
By Train

Travel Time:
- From Dublin: Approximately 2-2.5 hours.

Please Note: If you are traveling via Dublin or Cork Airport to Waterford, it may be easier to take a coach directly to Waterford rather than opting for the train.
By Bus
Bus Services: Direct services from major cities such as Dublin, Cork, and Limerick are available.

- Bus Éireann (Route 4: Direct from Dublin Airport to Waterford Bus Station, a 10-minute walk to the conference venue)
- JJ Kavanagh’s (Route 736: Direct from Dublin Airport to Waterford, Parnell Street terminus, just a 5-minute walk to the venue)
- Dublin Coach (Route 600 From Dublin to Cork – change at Red Cow Luas Stop for Dublin Airport Coach and route stopping in Waterford at Marchant’s Quay, 10 minutes walk from the venue)

Driving Directions:
- From Dublin or Rosslare: Approximately 1.5 hours
- From Cork: Approximately 2 hours
- From Limerick: Approximately 2 hours
